[Delivery time]

Normally, products will be delivered within 1 to 5 days from the time of application.
Products such as uniforms and made-to-order products that have a scheduled delivery date specified on each product detail page will be delivered around the scheduled delivery date.
Please note that the delivery date listed on each product detail page may be slightly delayed.
If you purchase multiple items at the same time in a single order, as a general rule, the items will be shipped together based on the item with the latest shipping time. Please note.
Please note that depending on the product, delivery may take longer than usual.
Delivery dates may be delayed during the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and shop inventory periods. In that case, we will notify you at each shop, so please check.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
If you wish to return or exchange the product after it has been delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the deadline has passed, we will no longer be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges.
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following products. Please note.
1. Products that have been opened and used
2. Products that have been delivered for more than 7 days
3. Products that have scratches or stains at the customer's disposal
4. Products without packaging (bags/cases)
5. Sale products, limited quantity products, limited time sale products, made-to-order products, uniforms, and other products processed for customers.
If there is an obvious defect in the product or if it is the wrong product, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the product.
However, in the case of returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Please note.
When returning the item, please return it in the same condition as it was delivered (including the bag, case, tags attached to the item, etc.).

All prices displayed include consumption tax.
Shipping charges, payment fees, etc. will be charged separately.
Some products have limited quantities and may not be delivered if sold out.
